Training
Tailored training that gives your teams the confidence and the skills to get real value from the platforms you have already invested in.
Tell us who needs training and what they should be able to do afterwards. We will propose an agenda rather than send a catalogue.

The Client’s Situation
The problem is rarely the software
Organisations invest in a platform and expect the value to follow from the implementation. It usually does not, and the frustration that follows tends to land on the tool. In most cases, the tool is not the root cause.
What is actually happening is that people cannot use it well enough to get what they need, so they work around it. Users revert to email, spreadsheets and their own inconsistent methods. Marketing and trading teams queue behind the analysts for reports they could pull themselves. Routine administration stays dependent on outside help, so a permission change or a new segment waits on somebody else’s availability.
The result is data sitting in a system that very few people can actually use, which from a decision-maker’s seat looks much the same as not having the data at all.

What changes when the people are trained
Talk to usTeams stop queuing for their own data
Marketing and trading teams build the reports they need themselves, instead of raising a request and waiting.
Capability comes in-house
Your own people handle standard analysis and administration, so outside help is for genuinely complex work rather than everyday requests.
The training uses your environment, not a generic one
Sessions are built around your own data, configuration and everyday scenarios, so what participants practise is what they will actually do.
Skills get practised, not watched
Every session requires participation. People try things, get them wrong, and understand why before they do it for real.
You end up with internal experts
Confident users and capable in-house specialists who can develop the environment without waiting for us.
We build the agenda around the audience
1
We establish who we are training and what they already know
The audience, their current level, what they need to be able to do afterwards, and the environment they will be working in. A short scoping conversation, not a form.
2
We set the level and build the agenda.
Beginner, intermediate or advanced, and shaped by role. An analyst new to a platform, a marketing manager who wants to pull their own reports, and a system administrator need materially different things, and one course does not serve all three.
3
We teach in your environment.
Analytics training runs on your live data, because a segment built on your own traffic teaches more than one built on a demo account. Administrator training runs in a sandbox, because participants need to be free to break things. We tell you which applies at scoping.
4
We can build towards certification.
Where it is useful, we create learning paths that prepare participants for relevant platform certifications, focused on practical knowledge rather than exam theory alone.
Turn your data into a competitive advantage.
Whether you’re trying to prove marketing performance, modernise enterprise reporting, or build a stronger data strategy, we’ll help you create analytics that deliver measurable business value.
Courses we deliver

Digital analytics
Beginner and advanced courses for Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4. Each runs as three sessions, around seven hours in total, on site or as bite-sized remote sessions.
Beginner covers terminology, the interface and how tracking actually works, then building segments, calculated metrics and visualisations, then exports, alerts and scheduled reporting.
Advanced covers the admin section and report suite or property setup, classifications and data imports, user management, attribution channels and custom dimensions, and debugging hits in the browser.
Across both levels we cover self-service report building, data warehouse extracts and funnel analysis. Tag management and optimisation tooling can be included where relevant.
Atlassian
Courses are built around who is being trained rather than around the product.
For users and teams: Jira fundamentals, project management, reporting and dashboards, and Confluence for collaboration and knowledge management.
For administrators and service teams: Jira and Confluence administration, Assets and configuration management, and Jira Service Management for IT service management.
Every course
All courses can be built on your own configured processes and real use cases, and every session includes hands-on exercises and time for troubleshooting. Training documentation and asynchronous learning modules are available where they help.
Data & Analytics
Why organisations bring us in
Start with who needs to learn what
Whether it is a new analyst who needs to get productive, a marketing team that wants to stop queuing for reports, or administrators who need to go beyond the basics, the first conversation is a short scoping discussion rather than a course booking.

Do you provide training for beginners, or only for experienced users?
Both. Digital analytics training runs at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, and Atlassian training runs from first-time users through to administrators. A new analyst and an administrator going further on workflows and permissions are two different courses, and we would rather scope them separately than run one session that half-serves both.
Will you use our data, and can the training be built around our own configuration?
Usually yes to both, and where we do not it is deliberate. Analytics training runs on your live data, because a segment or funnel built on your own traffic teaches far more than one built on a demo account. Administrator training runs in a sandbox, because participants need to be able to change things and get them wrong without consequences. Either way the content is built around your configured processes and real use cases.
Is the training delivered on site or remotely, and how long does it take?
Either. On-site works well for a full-day agenda with a group in one place; remote works better as bite-sized sessions spread across days or weeks. Digital analytics sessions typically run two to three hours each, with a full course made up of three sessions. Atlassian training is scoped to the audience and can be a single session or several across a few days. Atlassian training can also be delivered in the local language.
Can you train our internal team so we can manage things ourselves?
Yes, and it is one of the more common reasons clients come to us. Whether that is a marketing team learning to build their own reports, an analyst taking a platform in-house, or administrators taking on workflows and permissions, the aim is that your people handle the day-to-day and call us for the genuinely complex work.
What experience do the training consultants have?
Sessions are led by certified practitioners who work on client implementations and analysis rather than by professional trainers. They hold current certifications in the platforms they teach.
What access will you need, and does the team need to prepare anything?
For training on live data we need read access to the relevant platform ahead of the session, and for administrator training a sandbox environment. Participants normally need to prepare nothing beyond having their own access working. We will tell you at scoping if anything else is needed, rather than on the morning.
What do participants get afterwards, and what does it cost?
A tailored agenda, hands-on exercises and learning materials are standard. Documentation, session recordings and asynchronous modules can be included where agreed. On cost: it depends on the number of sessions, the size and level of the audience, whether delivery is on site or remote, and how much the content is tailored. We price against the agenda once it is scoped rather than quoting a rate against an unknown scope.
