CX & Marketing
Your customers can tell.
They notice when an email ignores what they did yesterday, or an offer arrives for something they already bought. We build the audiences, journeys and tested experiences that let marketing respond to what customers actually do.

Our Services
Relevance starts with the data. What we do.
Each service below acts on what customers do, and each depends on the same foundation: customer data accurate and joined up enough to trust. That is why the data work comes first in all three.
Smarter data, better business - discover what’s possible.

The challenges
Campaigns go out because the calendar says so, whatever the customer did yesterday.
Audiences so wide that everyone in them gets the same message, because nobody had the time or enough confidence in the data to make them sharper.
Audiences exist in the customer data platform and have never reached an email, an advertising platform or a web page, because the route between them belongs to nobody.
Profiles were never matched across systems, so one person is treated as three, sometimes within the same afternoon.
Changes to pages and journeys go live because they looked right in review, and nobody can say afterwards whether they helped.
The platform was bought, a handful of tests ran, and then the programme stalled, because every hypothesis, build, quality check and analysis needed someone to own it.
Most of these trace back to the data underneath. Tell us which one your customers are noticing.

Start with what should change for the customer
Before choosing an audience, a journey or a test, we agree what should actually be different for the people on the other end, then check honestly whether your data can support it yet. Most of the work follows from those two answers.
Why choose us?
1
We build the data behind the marketing
The same team builds the analytics, integrations and data platforms your marketing runs on, so when an audience or a journey misfires we can fix what caused it.
2
We start from the stack you have
We work across more than a dozen automation, testing and customer data platforms, so we build on what you already run rather than asking you to change it.
3
We prove what works before you scale it
Audiences, journeys and page changes are measured against what they were meant to change, so the next decision rests on evidence rather than opinion.

CX & Marketing
Sectors We Serve
How far personalisation can go depends on what customers are buying and what they have agreed to. Our deepest experience is with organisations that talk to large customer bases across several channels, sell through journeys that take more than one visit to complete, and work within consent rules they cannot afford to get wrong.

Where should we start: audiences, automation or optimisation?
With the problem rather than the service. If a specific journey is not converting, optimisation usually comes first. If the automation platform is in place and the journeys were never built, start there. If the customer data is not joined up, the audience and data work has to come before either, because both depend on it. We would rather establish which it is in the first conversation than recommend the service we happen to be discussing.
Do we need a new platform?
Rarely. Most of what we are asked to fix runs on platforms the organisation already owns, and the constraint is almost always strategy, data or capacity rather than the software. Where there is a genuine gap we have run platform selection projects, and we will also tell you whether you need a dedicated customer data platform at all.
Can you work alongside our in-house marketing team?
Yes, and that is the usual arrangement. We can run a programme while your team learns it, train them in the platforms and the methods, and step back to the difficult work once they can run the rest themselves.
How do you handle consent and customer data?
By designing it into profiles and journeys from the start rather than checking it at the end. We establish what data is used, on what basis, and how consent and preferences travel with an audience to wherever it is used. That is a technical design rather than legal advice, and it gives your data protection and legal teams what they need to form a view.
How do you know whether it worked?
By deciding before anything launches what it is meant to change and how that will be measured. Experiments are sized to reach a conclusion you can trust, and where volumes allow, a comparable group is held back so a result can be attributed to the change rather than to everything else happening at the same time.
Tell us what your customers are noticing
One conversation is usually enough to establish whether the gap is in the audiences, the journeys or the experience, and what it would take to close it.
